Irene Landi is currently a Collaboratrice ed esperta linguistica at the Centro Linguistico (Language Centre) of the University of Pisa. She graduated in Foreign Languages from the University of Pisa and began working as a language teaching assistant and in the organization of the language laboratories of the Centro Linguistico and the Faculty of Languages of the University of Pisa. She has also worked as a foreign language teaching assistant in external courses in teaching Italian to foreigners.
She taught at the University of Chicago (Illinois) as an Italian Language Lecturer and was tutor and facilitator for groups of American students on arrival in Pisa and for Italian students in San Diego (California).
She is currently responsible for the PLIDA certification in Pisa.
